Drawing Club Refund Policy.

Tickets purchased directly from the Drawing Club website:

• We do offer a full refund on tickets purchased if you request a refund 15 days or more before the event. 

• We will offer a full refund if the event is cancelled or postponed.

• We do not accept refund requests if the request is made within 14 days (two weeks of an event). 

  
  To request a refund for a ticket, contact tickets@drawingclub.org.uk quote your order number and the booking name. If your refund request is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.   
  

Venue Partners:

We often work with venues to host our Drawing Club sessions, when the Drawing Club workshop tickets are sold on an event partners website the terms and conditions for their refund policy will apply. Please contact the event partner directly to discuss their refund policy.

Changes to this notice

We may amend this refund policy at any time so please review it at each time of purchase.
